Color Dice is built to respect your privacy. You can use thecolor dice roller without an account, and we do not collect personal information to run it. This page explains what that means in plain language.

What we collect

To use the tool, nothing personal. Your rolls and your dice and color choices happen entirely in your browser and stay on your device. When you copy ashare link, only your dice count and selected color setup are encoded in the URL.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to load measurement tags configured by the site operator. Those tags may include Google Analytics or similar tools, which can set cookies and collect aggregate usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and referral source. We use that information to understand which pages are useful and improve the site.

We also run a self-hosted Plausible Analytics instance for aggregate reporting alongside Google-based measurement.

Links to other sites

Color Dice may link to other websites (for example, places to buy physical dice). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; please review their policies.

Children

Color Dice is suitable for classroom and family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Cookies

Google-based analytics may set cookies in your browser. Plausible itself does not need cookies for basic page-view reporting. The dice roller still works if you block analytics cookies, although some measurement data may not be recorded.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest version.
